2. Prices & Product Details
At present, please note that we only deliver within the UK. Also we'd like to inform you that we can only accept payments made in British Pounds. We reserve the right to make changes to Our website including prices, products and terms and conditions without prior notice. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We will take the utmost care to ensure that the information shown on this website is as accurate as possible.

All products shown on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available You may be offered an alternative. This alternative will be offered by email. We will never ship an alternative product without obtaining authorisation beforehand. We reserve the right to partially ship Your order if necessary; in this case, You will be informed via email beforehand with details of the shipments.

3. Security & Order Confirmation
Your payment details are handled on a secure server using the highest available levels of encryption. Whilst Our system of a secure server and encryption offers a excellent level of security for your peace of mind, we acknowledge that it is impossible for any website to be completely safe from attacks of a fraudulent nature.

When You place an order to purchase a product We will send You an e-mail confirming receipt of Your order and containing the details of Your order including transaction and order reference numbers. Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase a product which is accepted by Us when We process payment for your order. When We accept Your order, We will send a Despatch Confirmation E-mail. If You given us an incorrect email address, Your confirmation and despatch email will fail. However as long as payment has been processed successfully, this will not affect Your order. Failure by Us to send a receipt confirmation email or despatch confirmation email in no way will invalidate Your offer or Our acceptance of your offer.

4. Post & Packaging
At present, we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. Post & packing prices are based on orders to UK mainland addresses only. Full and valid postcodes are required for every order. We will not send any orders without a valid postcode. If You provide an incorrect address and/or postcode, We cannot accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive. Orders may take up to 21 days to be dispatched.

5. Damage & Tracking Parcels
In the event that Your products are damaged in transit please contact Us within 48 hours of receipt. If products sent are not delivered please contact Us for details of the tracking and tracing procedure. If orders are considered by Us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period time has elapsed we shall at Our discretion either refund or resend the order.

6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available from Tailor Made Shirts and can be used in part or full payment of an order. Once fully or partly redeemed, aach voucher can no longer be used. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Change can be given only if a large amount of a voucher is unused after an order, in which case a voucher of a smaller denomination may be offered.
